My name is Elizabeth. I am a Registered Nurse at a medium-sized hospital in a medium-large city. I like to run (which is good because I cook and then subsequently eat FAR too much food for my own good), do outdoorsy kind of activities, and sing.

Will is my copilot. He is my food-taster, my cheerleader, and my fiance. He is also an excellent cook.

I have this not-so-secret dream to become a famous food blogger one day. Well, we’ll see, I suppose.
